Founded in July 2019, 3Cheerzzzz began as an event and talent management agency, bringing together three passionate professionals — a renowned photographer, a successful model, and myself. The name ‘3Cheerzzzz’ symbolized our collaborative spirit and creative synergy.
Over the years, 3Cheerzzzz has successfully organized numerous fashion events, portfolio shoots, and brand campaigns. We’ve helped aspiring models build their profiles and connected talent with opportunities across the industry.
As our journey expanded beyond borders — including starting our ventures in Dubai as well — this is our vision and scope . This evolution led to the creation of Navi Elite Management, a rebranded identity that reflects our broader, more dynamic offerings in event planning, talent development, and brand collaborations. While 3Cheerzzzz remains the foundation of our story, Navi Elite Management is the next chapter — bold, global, and future-focused.
